Anthony E. Tuggle is a transformational business leader, CEO, founder, executive mentor, keynote speaker, and author with more than 30 years of experience driving business transformation, operational excellence, leadership development, and organizational growth. As CEO and Founder of TAG US Worldwide and Founder of Tuggle Nation, Anthony is recognized for building high-performance teams, developing future leaders, and creating cultures of accountability, innovation, and sustainable success.
Throughout his executive career, Anthony has led large-scale global operations, managed multibillion-dollar revenue portfolios with full P&L responsibility, and overseen organizations of more than 30,000 employees worldwide. His expertise spans executive leadership, strategic planning, change management, workforce development, talent management, employee engagement, and enterprise operations.
A respected leadership coach, executive mentor, and thought leader, Anthony is frequently sought after for insights on leadership, resilience, personal growth, organizational culture, and business performance. His leadership journey and professional impact have been featured by CIO Views, LinkedIn, Bold Journey Magazine, and the National Kidney Foundation.
Anthony is the author of I'm Better, Not Bitter, a powerful memoir documenting his journey through kidney failure, a life-saving kidney transplant, and the resilience, faith, and perseverance that shaped his leadership philosophy. A former Chairman of the Board for the National Kidney Foundation, he remains a passionate advocate for kidney health awareness, mentorship, leadership excellence, and legacy building.
Anthony holds degrees in Psychology and Management, earned an Executive MBA from Emory University, and completed executive education studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kirk Williams is Managing Partner at TAG US Worldwide and a seasoned enterprise strategy and technology executive focused on driving large scale transformation across commercial and public sector organizations. He leads cross functional alignment, operating model modernization, and AI driven initiatives that deliver measurable growth, improved customer experience, and sustained enterprise performance.
Previously, Kirk served as Vice President of Customer Operations at Afiniti, leading global strategy and technology programs for Fortune 10 clients across telecommunications, media, healthcare, banking, and customer care, generating more than 2.5 billion dollars in customer lifetime value and over 500 million dollars in revenue profit. Prior to Afiniti, Kirk spent more than fifteen years at AT&T in senior sales and operations leadership roles, directing a 2,000 person virtual contact center workforce and overseeing corporate strategy, organizational design, technology architecture, and revenue execution.
Kirk holds an Executive MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from UCLA, combining analytical rigor with executive judgment, disciplined decision making, and deep understanding of business and technology at scale across complex global enterprise environments.

Her experience spans leadership development, executive coaching support, stakeholder engagement, event and program management, business development, sales training, and community outreach—bringing a unique blend of operational excellence and creative innovation to every endeavor.
As Director of Leadership Development and Business Development for TAG US Worldwide, Simone is responsible for expanding the firm’s leadership development portfolio, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives that advance TAG’s mission of helping leaders and organizations transform, grow, and thrive. She plays a pivotal role in creating experiences that develop emerging leaders, strengthen organizational culture, and accelerate business performance.
Known for her passion for empowering others, commitment to excellence, and collaborative leadership style, Simone is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential and organizations achieve lasting impact. Simone graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Arts and Sciences.
